My name is Achille. In the past 8 years I have worked in the fields of innovative education, Learning & Development, People & Culture in a number of 🏢contexts:
and in variety of 🎩 roles: as a trainer, project manager, designer, facilitator, researcher, educator, and most recently as a product manager in the online learning space.
As a digital nomad I have worked for organizations in 🌎 Europe, United States, and Australia—who knows where the next opportunity may take me (geographical barriers have never stopped me).
I am passionate about innovative education, workplace learning and career development as means of continuous adaptation to the complex future of work (both at an individual and organizational level).
I've done a lot of work to design products and experiences for corporate learning (from e-learning platforms to... Board games 🎲), partnering with subject matter experts and conducting user research to define skill needs or redesign roles and tasks within a team. I've also run tons of training sessions to help people master new digital tools, reflect on their career identity and journey, experiment with new productivity and collaboration techniques. And I've managed a few complex projects and teams to make all of this happen along the way.
We live in an age in which the very definition of work is changing: remote workplaces, fluid career paths, non-hierarchical organizational models... You could say my work is to help people navigate the shifting landscape of work – mainly through the lenses of professional learning, people empowerment, and organizational design. A challenging task, but one I'm excited to tackle every day 🚀
